Off the main menu we ordered Twice Cooked Pork, which had whole peppercorns and was delectable. We also ordered #14, short ribs with Korean sauce, and #36 chicken and mushroom Siu mai. They have something green in them along with meat, and a slight fishy taste. For dim sum, we ordered #3, Chiu Chow dumplings, which turned out to be my favorite….my husband didn’t care for them.
